Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.12131 - Warning devices and lights
Rule 2131.
(1)
A truck, except a motorized hand truck, shall be equipped with an audible
device to warn of approach.
(2) A
truck used in areas where general lighting is less than 2 foot-candles shall be
equipped with auxiliary lights that illuminate work in process.
