Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.12433 - Hand-operated levers
Rule 2433.
(1)
Hand-lever-operated presses shall be equipped with a spring latch on the
operating lever to prevent premature or accidental tripping.
(2) The operating levers on hand-tripped
presses having more than 1 operating station shall be interlocked to prevent
the tripping of the press except by the concurrent use of all levers.
