Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.12611 - Employer responsibility
Rule 2611. An employer shall:
(a) Provide training to each employee as to
the potential hazards and safe operation of the assigned job.
(b) Maintain metalworking machinery, in
conformance with this part.
(c)
Establish and maintain a lockout procedure as prescribed in subrule (1) of
R
408.12618.
