Rule 5166.
(1)
Logs and poles shall be piled in a stable manner.
(2) When steel banding is used, it shall be
capable of containing the imposed load and shall be placed when the bundle is
close to the ground.
(3) An
employee shall not place his or her body underneath a bundle of logs or
poles.
