Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.16212 - Employee responsibilities
Rule 6212.
(1)
An employee shall not operate a machine until he has been trained in its
operating procedures, hazards and safeguards and has been authorized to do
so.
(2) An employee shall report to
his supervisor a machine or safeguard which is defective.
(3) A guard removed for inspection,
maintenance, die setting or mold setting shall be replaced before a machine is
released for production.
