Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.16381 - Winder
Rule 6381.
(1)
A winder shall have a guide to align the shaft for entrance into the opened
rewind bearing housing.
(2) The
crane operator shall ascertain that the reel is properly seated at the winder
stand or at the reel arm before he disengages the hooks.
