Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.18111 - Employer responsibilities
Rule 8111. An employer shall comply with both of the following:
(a) Provide training to an
employee as to the hazards and safe practices of the assigned job.
(b) Maintain machinery, buildings, ramps,
platforms, and aisles free of recognized hazards likely to cause an injury by
operation or use.
