Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.22154 - Additional notices and conferences
Rule 1154.
(1)
In addition to the actual notice provided for in
R
408.22153(e), the director may
provide or cause to be provided such additional notice of the petition as he or
she deems appropriate.
(2) The
director may afford an opportunity to interested parties for an informal
conference or hearing concerning the petition.
