Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30457 - Mechanical systems
Rule 457. Section 2801.1 of the code is amended to read as follows:
2801.1. Scope. Mechanical
appliances, equipment, and systems shall be constructed, installed, and
maintained in accordance with the Michigan mechanical code,

408.30998, and the international fuel gas code listed
in chapter 35. Masonry chimneys, fireplaces, and barbeques shall comply with
the Michigan mechanical code,

code.
