Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30762 - Floor drains; public toilet rooms
Rule 762. Section 413.5 is added to the code to read as follows:
413.5. Floor drains; public
toilet rooms. In all public toilet rooms that contain a combination of 3 or
more water closets or urinals, at least 1 approved floor drain shall be
installed connecting to the sanitary system. However, stall urinals may serve
as floor drains if the entire floor can be drained to the
urinals.
