Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30918 - Violation penalties
Rule 918. Section 115.4 of the code is amended to read as follows:
115.4 Violation penalties.
A person that violates a provision of the code, that fails to conform with any
of the requirements of the code, or that erects, installs, alters, or repairs
mechanical work in violation of the approved construction documents or
directive of the enforcing agency, or a permit or certificate issued under the
provisions of the code is subject to review, which may result in licensing
action pursuant to the skilled trades regulation act, 2016 PA 407, MCL
339.5101 to
339.6133
