Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.7072 - Hoistway doors and gates
Rule 72. Section 6.2.2 of the ANSI A10.4 standard is amended to read as follows:
6.2.2
(1)
Each hoistway door shall be equipped with an approved interlock.
(2) Sliding doors and gates shall be
constructed of metal and shall be of a design which will reject a ball 1-1/2
inches in diameter.
