Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30532 - [Effective 8/29/2025] Roof extension
Rule 532. Section P3103.1 of the code is amended to read as follows:
P3103.1. Roof extension.
All open vent pipes that extend through a roof shall terminate at least 1 foot,
305 millimeters, above the roof, except that if a roof is to be used for any
purpose other than weather protection, then the vent extension shall be run not
less than 7 feet, 2,134 millimeters, above the roof.
