Mich. Admin. Code R. 418.10102 - Claim filing limitations
Rule 102.
(1) A
provider shall bill a carrier within one year of the date of service for
consideration of payment.
(2) The
one year filing rule shall not apply if the provider bills after the one year
requirement under subrule (1) of this rule due to litigation or
subrogation.
