Mich. Admin. Code R. 418.101201 - Carrier's health care review program
Rule 1201.
(1) The
carrier shall have both a technical health care review program and a
professional health care review program.
(2) Health care review shall be conducted in
a reasonable manner on bills submitted by a provider for health care services
furnished because of a covered injury or illness arising out of and in the
course of employment.
