Mich. Admin. Code R. 421.1 - Definitions
Rule 1. As used in these rules:
(1) "Act" means the Michigan employment
security act, Act No. 1 of the Public Acts of the Extra Session of 1936, as
amended, being ยงยง

of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
(2)
"Agency" means the state of Michigan, unemployment agency.
