Mich. Admin. Code R. 431.4095 - Electronic eligibility for foreign horses
Rule 4095. An electronic eligibility shall not be recognized on a horse coming from a foreign country other than Canada unless all of the following information, certified by the trotting association or governing body of that foreign country from which the horse comes, is furnished:
(a) The number of starts
during the preceding year, together with the number of firsts, seconds, and
thirds for each horse, and the total amount of money won during this
period.
(b) The number of races in
which the horse has started during the current year, together with the number
of firsts, seconds, and thirds for each horse, and the money won during this
period.
(c) A detailed list of the
last 6 starts which provides all of the following information pertaining to
each start:
(i) The date.
(ii) Place.
(iii) Track.
(iv) Race course condition.
(v) Post position or handicap, if it was a
handicap race.
(vi) Distance of the
race.
(vii) Position at the
finish.
(viii) The time of the
race.
(ix) The driver's
name.
(x) The first 3 horses in the
race.
