Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.11001 - Surveillance and recording systems; staffing; installation of different or new types of audio or visual recording or surveillance technology
Rule 1001.
(1) A
casino licensee must have the casino surveillance room staffed at all
times.
(2) Subject to approval of
the board, a casino licensee may install different or new types of audio or
visual recording or surveillance technology in the casino and related
facilities for purposes of compliance with the act or these rules.
