Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.1221 - Mandatory contract notification
Rule 221.
(1) A
casino licensee or casino license applicant shall notify the board, in writing,
as soon as practicable, after entering into a contract, transaction, or series
of transactions in an amount which is more than $500,000.00 or which is
reasonably anticipated to be more than $500,000.00 in any 12-month period. The
written notice shall be on forms prescribed by the board and shall contain, at
a minimum, the information in

432.1220.
(2) A casino licensee or casino license
applicant shall include a contract described in this rule in the quarterly and
annual reports submitted under
R
432.1220.
