Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.1232 - Review of information at licensee's or applicant's premises; costs
Rule 232.
(1) At
the option of the executive director of the board, the executive director or
his or her designee may review, at the premises of the custodian of the
information, any information that the act, these rules, the executive director,
or his or her designee requires from any of the following entities:
(a) A license applicant.
(b) A licensee.
(c) An affiliate of a license applicant or
licensee.
(d) A person who holds
more than a 1% direct or indirect interest in an applicant or
licensee.
(2) If
information is reviewed at the premises of the custodian of the information
then the license applicant or licensee shall, as soon as practicable, reimburse
the board for all incremental expenses incurred in performing the review at the
premises of the custodian of the information, including travel, food, and
lodging. Reimbursement shall be exclusive of all other fees required under the
act and these rules.
