Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.1328 - Denied license; reapplication
Rule 328.
(1) A
person whose application for a supplier license has been denied may not reapply
for a supplier license for a period of 1 year from the date on which the board
voted to deny the application unless the board allows reapplication at an
earlier date.
(2) A person whose
application for a suppliers license was denied may seek leave of the board to
reapply within the 1-year period by addressing the request to the board. The
board may require the applicant to present oral or written argument outlining
why an exception should be made.
