Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.1817 - Inspection of cards
Rule 817.
When playing cards are received for play at a live gaming device, the occupational licensee receiving the playing cards must do the following:
(a) Inspect the cards for
crimps, bends, cuts, shaving, or any other defect that could affect the
integrity or fairness of the game.
(b) Verify that the deck is complete, either
manually or by using associated equipment.
(c) Reject the deck if it is incomplete or if
any of the cards have any defect that could affect the integrity or fairness of
the game, such as the defects listed in subdivision (a) of this rule.
