Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.1904 - Amendments to internal control procedures
Rule 904.
All of the following provisions apply to amendments to the internal control procedures:
(a)
Unless otherwise provided by the board, amendments to any portion of the
internal control procedures shall be submitted to the board not less than 30
days before the amended internal control procedure is utilized.
(b) The board may, in writing, approve or
disapprove the amendment to the internal control procedure in total or in
part.
(c) An amendment to internal
control procedures must not be utilized by a casino licensee unless the
amendment to the internal control procedure has been approved, in writing, by
the board.
(d) A casino licensee
shall advise the board of any change in a scheduled event not less than 24
hours before the change is instituted. If the time of the scheduled event has
to be altered due to an emergency, then the casino licensee shall immediately
notify the board, in writing, and provide a written explanation for the change
to the board within 24 hours.
(e)
If the board requests additional information, clarification, or revision of a
proposed amendment to an internal control and the casino licensee fails to
satisfy the request within 30 days of the request, the board shall consider the
proposed amendment withdrawn. If the casino licensee subsequently wants to seek
board approval of the proposed amendment, it must resubmit the
request.
