Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.1907 - Compliance with internal control procedures
Rule 907.
(1)
Casino licensees and casino license applicants must comply with all internal
control procedures that have been approved in writing by the board or its
designee.
(2) If a casino licensee
or casino license applicant fails to comply with any provision of its approved
internal control procedures, the board may initiate a disciplinary
action.
