Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.21108 - Probation
Rule 108.
(1) The
commissioner may place a licensee on probation or may condition the renewal of
a license with terms of probation when the licensee has violated the act, these
rules, terms of probation, directives of the bureau, public policy of the state
of Michigan, or any other local, state, or federal law or regulation.
(2) The continuation of the probationary
license is conditioned upon the strict compliance with the act, these rules,
terms of probation, directives of the bureau, public policy of the state of
Michigan, or any other local, state, or federal law or regulation.
(3) It is a probation violation if the
licensee fails to comply with the act, these rules, terms of probation,
directives of the bureau, public policy of the state of Michigan, or any other
local, state, or federal law or regulation.
(4) The commissioner may summarily suspend a
probationary license if the licensee violates the act, these rules, terms of
probation, directives of the bureau, public policy of the state of Michigan, or
any other local, state, or federal law or regulation as prescribed by R
432.21111.
