Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.313 - Worker compensation
Rule 313.
(1) A
qualified organization shall not compensate a worker who is a bona fide member
at a millionaire party, except that it may give him or her 1 of the following,
or both:
(a) Credit for tuition, dues, or
similar item of value approved by the executive director.
(b) Food and beverages to consume while
working.
(2) The names
of the workers and any compensation the workers have received pursuant to
subrule (1) of this rule shall be recorded on the workers service record for
each day of the millionaire party or as directed in writing by the executive
director.
(3) All compensation
shall be reported on the financial statement as prescribed by
R
432.321.
