Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.37 - Fees
Rule 37
(1) The
commissioner shall establish fees for all of the following:
(a) The processing and investigative costs of
licensing retailers.
(b)
Communications system installation, or relocation, or operation.
(c) Failure of a retailer to promptly settle
for any game as required by bureau rules, contracts, directives, or written
communications.
(d) Inactive
license status.
(2) The
fees in subrule (1) of this rule shall not exceed the actual cost to the bureau
for the action.
(3) Retailers whose
weekly sales fall below the minimum sales performance requirements established
under
R 432.36 may be assessed a weekly low
sales performance fee. The commissioner shall determine the amount of the fee
assessed for failure to meet minimum sales performance requirements under
R 432.36.
