Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.516b - Disciplinary hearings; actions available to the board
Rule 516b. The board may take any of the following disciplinary actions against a fantasy contest operator or licensed management company:
(a) Suspend, revoke,
restrict, or place conditions on the license of a licensed fantasy contest
operator or licensed management company.
(b) Prohibit a fantasy contest operator from
continuing to offer fantasy contests under the act.
(c) Require the removal of an employee of a
fantasy contest operator or licensed management company.
(d) Require the removal of a third-party
provider used by a fantasy contest operator or licensed management
company.
(e) Impose a civil penalty
of not more than $20,000 for each violation of the act, these rules, an order,
or a resolution.
(f) Any other
action considered necessary by the board to ensure compliance with the act or
these rules.
