Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.517 - Special proceedings

Rule 517.

(1) The board may without notice or hearing suspend a license or otherwise prohibit a fantasy contest operator from continuing to offer fantasy contests under the act if the board determines that the safety or health of persons or employees or the integrity of fantasy contests is jeopardized by continuing fantasy contest operations or that the action is necessary for the immediate preservation of the integrity of fantasy contests, public peace, health, safety, morals, good order, or general welfare.
(2) The suspension or prohibition may remain in effect until the board determines that the cause for the suspension or prohibition has been abated.
(3) Following a hearing, the board may revoke the license upon a determination that satisfactory progress toward abating the hazard has not been made.
