Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.521i - Review of information at licensee's or applicant's premises; costs to licensee or applicant
Rule 521i.
(1) The
board may review, at the premises of the custodian of the information, any
information that the act or these rules provide for from any of the following:
(a) A licensee.
(b) An applicant.
(c) A key person.
(2) If information is reviewed at the
premises of the custodian of the information, the licensee or applicant must,
as soon as practicable, reimburse the board for all licensure investigation
expenses incurred in performing the review at the premises of the custodian of
the information, including travel, food, and lodging that exceed the amount of
the relevant license fee.
