Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.621c - Required notification of formation, dissolution, or transfer of subsidiaries
Rule 621c.
(1) An
internet gaming operator or internet gaming supplier applicant or licensee,
affiliate that has control of an internet gaming operator applicant or
licensee, or other person that has control of an internet gaming operator or
internet gaming supplier applicant or licensee, must report, in writing, to the
board, as soon as practicable, the formation or dissolution of, or any transfer
of, a nonpublicly traded or publicly traded interest in an internet gaming
operator or internet gaming supplier applicant or licensee, affiliate that has
control of an internet gaming operator applicant or licensee, or other person
that has control of an internet gaming operator or internet gaming supplier
applicant or licensee.
(2) A
publicly traded corporation is considered to have complied with this rule if it
has complied with the reporting requirements in R 432.621d.
