Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.621j - Review of information at licensee's or applicant's premises; costs to internet gaming operator and internet gaming supplier
Rule 621j.
(1) The
board may review, at the premises of the custodian of the information, any
information that the act or these rules provide for from any of the following
entities:
(a) A license applicant.
(b) A licensee.
(c) A key person.
(2) If information is reviewed at the
premises of the custodian of the information, the license applicant or licensee
must, as soon as practicable, reimburse the board for all licensure
investigation expenses incurred in performing the review at the premises of the
custodian of the information, including travel, food, and lodging that exceed
the amount of the application fee.
