Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.655b - Failed ACH deposits
Rule 655b. A failed ACH deposit attempt is not considered fraudulent if the authorized participant has successfully deposited funds via an ACH transfer on a previous occasion with no outstanding chargebacks. Otherwise, the internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider shall do all of the following:
(a)
Temporarily block the authorized participants internet wagering account for
investigation of fraud after 5 consecutive failed ACH deposit attempts within a
10-minute period. If there is no evidence of fraud, the block may be
vacated.
(b) Suspend the authorized
participants internet wagering account after 5 additional consecutive failed
ACH deposit attempts within a 10-minute period.
