Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.655c - Transfer of funds prohibited
Rule 655c. An internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider must not permit an authorized participant to transfer funds from one authorized participants internet wagering account to another authorized participants internet wagering account or any other wagering account belonging to another authorized participant.
