Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.716b - Actions available to the board
Rule 716b. The board may take any of the following disciplinary actions against a licensee:
(a) Suspend, revoke, restrict, or place
conditions on the license of a licensee.
(b) Require the removal of a licensee or the
removal of an employee of a licensee.
(c) Impose a civil penalty for each violation
of the act, rules, orders, or resolutions.
(d) Impose against an occupational licensee,
for each violation of the act or these rules, a civil penalty of not more than
$10,000.00 as a result of the violation or attempted violation of the act or
these rules.
(e) Any other action
considered necessary by the board to ensure compliance with the act or these
rules.
