Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.751c - Handling of internet sports betting accounts found to be used in fraudulent manner
Rule 751c. A sports betting operator or internet sports betting platform provider must have a documented system of internal controls for the handling of authorized participants or other individuals discovered to be using internet sports betting accounts in a fraudulent manner, including but not limited to the following:
(a) The
maintenance of information about any authorized participants activity or other
individuals activity, such that if fraudulent activity is detected, the sports
betting operator or internet sports betting platform provider and the board
have all of the necessary information to take appropriate action.
(b) The suspension of any internet sports
betting account discovered to be providing fraudulent access to prohibited
persons.
(c) The treatment of
deposits, internet sports betting wagers, and wins associated with a prohibited
persons fraudulent use of an account and the confiscation of any winnings and
things of value of a prohibited person in accordance with part 7 of these
rules.
