Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.755b - Failed ACH deposits
Rule 755b. A failed ACH deposit attempt is not considered fraudulent if the authorized participant has successfully deposited funds via an ACH transfer on a previous occasion with no outstanding chargebacks. Otherwise, the sports betting operator or internet sports betting platform provider shall do all of the following:
(a) Temporarily block the authorized
participants internet sports betting account for investigation of fraud after 5
consecutive failed ACH deposit attempts within a 10-minute period. If there is
no evidence of fraud, the block may be vacated.
(b) Suspend the authorized participants
internet sports betting account after 5 additional consecutive failed ACH
deposit attempts within a 10-minute period.
