Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.764 - Compliance with internal controls
Rule 764.
(1)
Sports betting operators and internet sports betting platform providers must
comply with all internal controls.
(2) If a sports betting operator or internet
sports betting platform provider fails to comply with any provision of its
internal controls, the board may initiate a disciplinary action.
