Mich. Admin. Code R. 436.1957 - Notice of hearing; basis for conduct of hearing
Rule 7.
(1) The
governing body of the church or school and the applicant shall receive notice
of the hearing not less than 7 days before it is held.
(2) The hearing shall be conducted on the
basis of the objections filed by the church or school.
