Mich. Admin. Code R. 445.211 - Effectiveness of first filings
Rule 211.
(1) A
franchise offering which becomes effective between January 13, 1975, and June
30, 1975, shall be registered, unless the administrator approves a different
period of registration, for period determined according to the following
schedule:
