Mich. Admin. Code R. 460.19227 - Random or routine compliance audit procedures
Rule 1227.
(1)
The department shall notify those motor carrier or carriers of household goods
selected for audit of the designated day or days upon which their company will
be audited. This notice shall be given not less than 48 hours in advance of the
scheduled audit.
(2) The department
shall inform the carrier or carriers of the information that will be required
by the department for the purpose of conducting the proposed audit.
