Mich. Admin. Code R. 460.3204 - Customer records; retention period; content
Rule 204.
(1) An
electric utility or cooperative shall retain, either within the electric
utility or cooperative or as contracted through a third party with access by
the electric utility or cooperative, customer records as necessary to comply
with R 460.115a. An electric utility or
cooperative shall retain the records for not less than 3 years.
(2) Records for customers must show, if
applicable, all of the following information:
(a) Kilowatt-hour meter reading.
(b) Metered kilowatt-hour
consumption.
(c) Kilowatt, kilovolt
ampere, and kilovar meter reading.
(d) Kilowatt, kilovolt ampere, and kilovar
measured demand.
(e) Kilowatt,
kilovolt ampere, and kilovar billing demand.
(f) Total amount of bill.
