Mich. Admin. Code R. 500.622 - Certificates of authority; applications
Rule 622. Application for a certificate of authority which specifically provides for issuance of contracts on a variable basis shall be made to the commissioner in writing and shall be accompanied by all of the following:
(a) A certified copy of the
resolution of the insurer's board of directors establishing the separate
account.
(b) A written general
description of the kinds of variable contracts the insurer intends to
issue.
(c) A written general
description of the program the insurer intends to use to market the
contracts.
