Mich. Admin. Code R. 791.716 - Emergency release of inmates
Rule 16. A facility shall establish and maintain written policy, procedure, and practice that specify the means for the expeditious release of inmates from locked areas in case of emergency and provide for a backup system regarding the placement of inmates.
