Mich. Admin. Code R. 792.10113 - Mailing address and telephone number of parties
Rule 113.
(1) All
parties to a case shall keep the hearing system informed of their current
mailing addresses, telephone numbers, and facsimile numbers.
(2) Failure to keep the hearing system
informed of a current mailing address, telephone number, or facsimile number
may result in the hearing proceeding in the absence of a party who fails to
appear.
