Mich. Admin. Code R. 792.10121 - Telephone and electronic hearings
Rule 121.
(1) The
administrative law judge may conduct all or part of a hearing by telephone,
video-conference, or other electronic means.
(2) All substantive and procedural rights
apply to all hearings under this rule.
