Mich. Admin. Code R. 792.10706 - Depositions; interrogatories; requests for admissions
Rule 706.
(1) A
deposition, written interrogatories, or deposition on written interrogatories
may be taken in a contested case pursuant to the Michigan court rules for use
as evidence only and not for purposes of discovery. Only admissible evidence
shall be taken.
(2) A written
request for the admission by a designated party of the genuineness of any
relevant documents described in, and exhibited with, the request, or of the
truth of any relevant matters of fact set forth in the request, may be served
upon all other parties in a contested case in pursuant to the Michigan court
rules. Each of the matters for which an admission has been requested shall be
deemed admitted, unless the designated party responds to the request in the
manner set forth in the Michigan court rules.
