Mich. Admin. Code R. 792.11203 - Settlement agreements
Rule 1203.
(1)
Settlement agreements are encouraged at any stage of the proceedings.
(2) A settlement agreement shall be submitted
by the parties in writing or orally on the record and it shall be followed by
an order from the administrative law judge acknowledging the settlement and
closing the case.
