A. The board
must issue individual licenses on a three-year license cycle. The first year of
the license cycle may consist of less than 12 months, and begins on the
issuance date and ends on the last day of the individual's birth month. The
second and third year of the license cycle consists of 12 months each, ending
on the last day of the individual's birth month.
B. The board must issue salon licenses on a
three-year license cycle. A salon license begins on the issuance date and ends
three years later on the last day of the month.
