Minn. R. agency 118, ch. 2400, pt. 2400.3125 - DETERMINATION OF SIMILAR USE
When a specific use is not listed in a district, the zoning administrator must make the determination of whether a use is similar to other uses permitted in each district. The decision must be based on the following findings:
A. that the use is similar
in character to one or more of the principal uses permitted;
B. that the traffic generated on the use is
similar to one or more of the principal uses permitted; and
C. that the use is not first permitted in a
less restrictive zoning district.
